It is not possible to request a refund on a finished suit comission. If a comission is ongoing and you want to cancel it, the 30% down payment and the work already done won’t be refund.

Please make sure that the style suits what you want when you issue a comission! There will be no refund if the style does not suit you in the end. Do not hesitate to ask for photos and videos of previous suits, I will gladly provide it. If there is any kind of problem with your order, please contact me so we can come to an agreement.

Beware! Fursuits may be in contact with cat hair and cigarette smoke. If you have allergies of any kind (even food allergy) please write them clearly. Animal products can be used to make the fursuits such as horse hair for the whiskers, please tell me if that does not suit you. Real fur on are never used to make the fursuits.

Anima Creatures cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once the item is shipped. Parcels will always have a tracking number. If the parcel is damaged, please send me photos before opening it and check the fursuit state. I will contact the shipping company to request a refund in case the fursuit is damaged. Refund will be sent to you if the shipping company accepts the request. Keep in mind that refund requests are very long procedures. You will be informed on a regular basis.

Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery time may vary from 2 days to 3 weeks. Items are shipped from France. If you are outside of Europe, keep in mind that VAT and customs can be charged on delivery depending on your country policies. Parcels will never be sent as “gift” or labeled under their real price, it’s illegal!

Spare parts like handpaws or tails cannot be made alone. All comissions must include at least a head.

I reserve the right to refuse a comission that does not suit my style or if it is too complicated. I only make realistic or semi-realistic animals, monsters or fantasy creatures. No tonnies or cartoon fursuits.

Submit your refs sheets, pictures or images of the project so you can get a quote.

Fursuit are airbrushed, do not put water or any other liquid on it, otherwise the paint will vanish. 

Gloves and heads are not lined. Thus it is recommended to wear lycra or cotton gloves and a baclava head. It’s easier to wash it than washing the fursuit.

There are a lot of products used for fursuit care. Never use it on the outside of the fursuit nor on any painted part (jawset, tongue, claws…).

Brush with hand or gently with a brush. Avoid nose area because there is lacker.

LED-eyes require a CR032 battery that is not included, it cannot be shipped.

Maintenance: no repair can be done on damaged part that is not due to the maker’s fault. If something is broken due to a mistake from the maker, you will have to return the part for repair, shipping on your charge, and and maker will pay the shipping once repaired.

Keep in mind that everyone’s body is different. Bases have been made on maker’s head size. While it will fit most people there can be exceptions, even with mesurments, as someone’s face might be longer, larger or simply different. Be sure to provide mesurements and check if they will fit you before ordering.
